  How do you ship?
We ship by UPS.  We charge actual shipping only.  We do not charge handling.  We can also ship on your account if you have an account with UPS or Federal Express.  To get best shipping value we recommend that you order in volume and combine the orders with friends.  Combined order saves almost 40% shipping cost.  UPS does not deliver to Post Office Box, please give street address. At current gasoline price, it is cheaper to mail-order then driving to a grocery store.
 

  What is your Refund Policy?
We guarantee a full refund for our products, if the goods are returned within 30 days of purchase date.  We do not pay for return shipping.
 

  How do We Pay?
We accept Master Card or Visa only.  We need your account number and expiration date at the time of order.  We do not accept the Debit Card, Discover Card or American Express.  It is our policy to charge your account only on the day we ship.  We do not charge your account unless we ship the product.  If you do not have credit card then please mail the check with the order for total purchase and shipping. Once we get the check we will mail the parcel.

You can pick up your order in Boston MA, Baltimore MD, Alexandria VA, Rockville MD, Hartford CT, Albany NY free of shipping cost.  Please place the order on Thursday, before the show and we will bring the parcel to the Hotel where we keep the show.  You must pick up the parcel from the Hotel.
 
  How to save on Shipping?
To get best shipping value we recommend that you order in volume and or combine the    order with your friends.  Combined order saves almost 40% shipping cost.

Also UPS shipment to Office and commercial address cost $1.50 less. UPS has a surcharge of $1.50 on all residential shipment.  Please do mention if shipment is going to commercial address.

 If you have UPS account then you can give us the account number and we can bill shipping charge to that account.
 

  How do I know the Shipping Charges?
You prepare the list of items you want to order and give us your zip code. Call us at 800-317-1229 and we will check the UPS charges for you.
 

  Can I place order anytime?
We are open 11:00 to 6:00 pm eastern time, including saturday & sunday. Closed on Monday.  All other time you can fax the order to 908-245-8590.  We are also working and developing secured website, very shortly you will be able to place the order on line.
 

  Can I order online?

  What is 100% Satisfaction Guarantee?

We refund the purchase price if you are not happy with our products.  You must pay for return shipment cost.
 

  What if product arrives in Damaged Condition?

Please call UPS 1-800-833-0056 and report the loss.  Call us at 1-800-317-1229 and give UPS loss report number and we will process the claim and refund.
